Helen Baller Elementary Assembly about community!

I had the wonderful opportunity of interviewing Helen Baller teachers about what they love about their school community. I put the interviews together and got to present it at their end of year assembly. I am hoping to get young minds thinking about community around them and reminding everyone how important it is to be here for each other. Building community together. Enjoy!

SRO Tim Fellows with the Camas School District

Had a great time chatting with Tim Fellows who has spent the last 5 years as a School Resource Officer for the Camas School District. He sees first hand how wonderful our students and staff are in our district, and also where we need to be involved and aware to help our students that are struggling. Please tune in and hear about Tim’s time with the schools and his advice for us as parents. Please like and share the good news to our community! xo

Jon Eagle with Seniors Caleb Eldred and Jack Colletto

Last week I checked in with Camas High School head football coach Jon Eagle and seniors Caleb Eldred and Jack Colletto. So fun following the Camas football team this year as they have a 8-0 record so far. Learn more from the coach and players about this year’s team and how they look at the season one game at a time. Make sure to stay in the loop! Check out the new project based middle school in Camas!

Hey everyone!
If you haven’t heard this is the first year for the Camas based middle school, The Gryphons. It opened this fall to 120 students who are learning lessons and meeting state standards in a project based learning environment. I got to check out the campus and sit down with the principal Aaron Smith to talk about how this school is doing and what is on the horizon. What an amazing and wonderful option for our youth here in Camas. Listen in and see what you think!

Mr. Condon – A teacher loved by many at Skyridge Middle School!

I’ve heard about this teacher for years and decided it was time to feature this great guy in our community that teaches science and track at Skyridge Middle School. Tune in and listen to my interview with Mr. Condon and hear about his time teaching and about how he cares about the kids he teaches. Very inspirational. It’s teachers like this that make a difference. Thank you for all you do Mr. Condon. Have a great summer everyone!
