Earth Day 2018 with Denis Hayes

I love this clip with Denis Hayes as we talk about Earth Day and the big topic of PLASTIC. Listen in to this great information and about the beautiful message Denis gives about hope. There is so much love for this planet and there is so much hope for change about how to treat it better. Happy Earth day people! xo

Denis Hayes-coordinator of the first Earth Day-Part 1

I journeyed north to Seattle in January to meet with Denis Hayes, the coordinator of the first Earth Day. He is now President of the Bullitt Foundation. Denis grew up in Camas, WA and I wanted to talk to Denis about his experience coordinating that first Earth Day back in 1970. How did it happen? What did he learn? How did this opportunity present itself? Listen in as Denis shares his story and how you need to grab the brass ring, when the ring is there. I hope this interview inspires you to take chances, look outside the box and think of what YOU can do to make a difference somewhere in the world. This is part 1 of a 6 part series.
Special thanks to Double Pixel Studios for their amazing video and edit work.
